All custom order sales are final and must be paid in full prior to the start of production.
Shipping
We will not be held liable for loss or damage to your order occurring after it has been posted or while it is in transit to you.
Please contact Australia Post directly with your Tracking number to discuss such matters.
Exchanges
We want you to be excited about your purchase from us. However, if you feel that you have made an incorrect choice, you can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving the item/s, and we can arrange an exchange. If the exchanged piece is lower in value, you will receive a credit for the difference with no limitation of duration.
Refunds/Returns
Under Australian Consumer laws, refunds are provided for faulty items. ‘Faulty’ does not include damage caused by improper use or rough treatment.
No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind or failure to read the item description.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Faulty Items
If upon receipt you find your item is faulty, please contact us immediately to discuss a solution.
Faulty items must be return posted in their entirety within 7 days of receiving, unworn and in original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received by Opal Alchemy (exclusive of the original shipping fee).
As the majority of our items are one of a kind or limited release, we generally do not offer exchanges or replacements, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss a solution, as your happiness with our products is our priority.
